URGENT MESSAGE
 
 
HELP IS NEEDED FOR TRAIL REPAIR/CLEANUP DAY ON AUGUST 16TH AT 9AM. 
 
PLEASE COME TO HELP, NEEDED ARE THE FOLLOWING:
 
CHAIN SAWS, GAS POWERED WEEDEATERS, HEDGE TRIMMERS, SHOVELS, RAKES, ETC. 
 
WE ALSO NEED SOME OLD BALES OF STRAW OR HAY AND STAKES.  DON'T FORGET TO BRING GLOVES AND WADING BOOTS, SOME OF THE TREES ARE LAYING IN THE CREEK.  CLUB WILL PROVIDE DRINKING WATER.
 
THIS IS A COMBINED EFFORT WITH THE LANCASTER CONSERVANCY
 
PLEASE TRY TO MAKE THIS ONE!!!!!!!!!

  MEET AT THE CLUB GROUNDS AT 9:00 AM

Mirror Tags will be given to club Members for their vehicles.  These tags will be displayed on your mirror at all times while at the club, all guest must park beside member and display their guest tag while staying at the club.

The Tags will be handed out by Kelly Davis and Sherri Howard until October.  After October they will be mailed out to members that have not received their tags.  All replacements are $2.00 each.


Our Treasurer Ray Plummer announced at the meeting that he would be stepping down after this year as our Treasurer.  He has been doing it for several years and now it is time for someone else to take over the position.  He would like very much for someone to volunteer so he can start working with them and show them the in and outs of the position.

 Club Meetings every 4th Tuesday of the Month at 8:00 PM.

No Meeting in December.

Membership Application

 This is a Members only Club, please fill out the application completely for Membership.

 You must have 3 Members sign for you and attend a meeting with your completed application and application fee.

Club Rules

Electric Fees--$5.00/night $5.00/night with AC.  Exception: Fri & Sat Nights of Spring & Fall Rides.

  1. Replace fire rings, unused wood, rocks where you found them.
  2. Clean up trash and put in dumpster.  Aluminum cans place in recycling barrels.
  3. No washing horses at tie rails.
  4. Pile Manure in grass away from tie rails and trees.
  5. NO PICKET LINES used where tie rails are available and DO NOT tie horses directly to trees. NO PORTABLE CORRALS.
  6. Dogs must be tied or on a leash
  7. No Campers left unattended on grounds without prior notifications and permission from an Officer of the Club.
  8. Children must be supervised at all times, especially in the bathrooms.
  9. Members are responsible for their guests at all times.
  10. Dogs must be secured at all times while on club grounds.  You will be asked to leave after your first warning. 
  11. Mirror Tags must be displayed at all times by members, all guest must park beside member and display their guest tag while staying at the club.

 

 

Please remember the money you pay for each

event does not include your camping fee for that weekend. 

With the exception of the Spring and Fall Ride.

 

Camping fees are seperate please pay them at the club house before leaving.
